His cuisine is playful, precise, and full of life. Together with Executive Chef Nabil Mahir, Pierre Chomet takes the helm of the kitchens at Chalet des Îles.

"More than a restaurant, the Chalet des Iles is a real place to live and share, a breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris. I love the fact that it's made of wood, surrounded by a garden and vegetable patch, and blends in perfectly with its surroundings... It's these multiple facets that I wanted to highlight through the different dishes I'll be offering this year, respecting nature and the rhythm of the seasons, of course."
