The plate is a blank page, on which Pierre Chomet forbids himself no association, no audacity, without provocation, in the service of taste. His cuisine is mischievous, precise and playful. With Executive Chef Nabil Mahir, Pierre Chomet takes command of the kitchen at Chalet des îles.
"More than a restaurant, the Chalet des Iles is a real place to live and share, a breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris. I love the fact that it's made of wood, surrounded by a garden and vegetable patch, and blends in perfectly with its surroundings... It's these multiple facets that I wanted to highlight through the different dishes I'll be offering this year, respecting nature and the rhythm of the seasons, of course."
