We've got a new chief !
Cedric Poncet left the kitchens of Le Chalet Des Iles to open his own restaurant in the South of France and we are happy to welcome Laurent Durot to replace him.
To celebrate the new season, Laurent Durot made a new menu for the restaurant. We can't wait for you to try it and tell us what you think.
